Our products are sold ONLY in quantities as noted on our website PRODUCT DESCRIPTION page. Goods can be returned within 10 days in same undamaged condition ,but it will attract 15% restocking charge. We will not accpept returns for Oak flooring  security & garage doors ,roof lights. Unless its been damaged by us during delivery to customer.

Access panels and ventilation grilles ussualy in stock 1-3 days delivery time,please allow 10 days if not in stock.

Flooring ussualy in stock 2-3 days delivery time  please alow 2 weeks if not in stock.

Security & garage doors ussually in stock delivered in 2-3 days installtion must be booked 2 weeks in advance if required . Lead time 3-4 weeks if not in stock.

Roof lights bespoke orders lead time 2-4 weeks.
